A plot listing with ground-level photos asks the buyer to imagine the boundaries, the access road and the distance to the sea. An aerial frame simply shows them, and removes the single biggest reason a serious buyer stalls: not being able to picture where the land actually sits.
What we shoot for property
Land parcels and plots with boundaries visible in context; project sites at various stages for developer marketing and investor updates; completed builds for architects and builders; and villa or apartment listings that need to show the surroundings rather than just the façade.
Progress documentation
For developers and contractors, a repeat flight from identical positions each month produces a comparable visual record of progress — useful for investor updates, marketing during construction, and the project archive. We store the flight parameters so each visit matches the last.
